CUSTOM CHARGES:
Customer will be responsible to pay custom charges according to their country policies.

 

TRANSACTIONS ABOVE 100 GBPS:
All the high Value items from 100 GBPS to 2000 GBPS will be delivered after the standard checks made by Sahulatbazar.

If the transaction is above 100 GBPS then we need the proof of identity and the proof of address. Customer has to email us the bank statement of the card by which he is paying for the item / Copy of Driving License / Copy of Passport / OR a copy of current utility bill which should be on the name of the customer. If we are fully satisfied with the transaction only then the goods will be dispatched to the given address. In case Sahulat Bazar is not satisfied with the proof of Identity, we will refund the whole amount minus 20% administration cost.

SahulatBazar reserves the right to accept or deny the order.

Before placing an order, make sure that the address you have given is correct and the items you have ordered are the same one you want. Once the goods are delivered on the location, it cannot be changed or refunded because of the wrong information about the delivery address or delivery item. We will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered or are delayed due to incorrect details.

 

RETURN POLICY:
We at www.sahulatbazar.com gladly accept returns within 7 days from receipt of merchandise. All refunds will be for the paid price less shipping & handling charges. Your refund will be processed when the item(s) being returned and have been received. In order for you to receive full credit, the items(s) must be unused, undamaged, in their original packing and returned within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will be made by crediting the original credit card account number used for the purchase. Please send the merchandise to the following address:

Refund will only be processed if the delivered item is Faulty/Damage. Sahulatbazar will not refund the amount if the same item is delivered, which the customer has chosen from the website at the time of ordering.


REFUND POLICY:
In case of non-delivery of the product, Sahulat Bazar will refund the whole amount to the customer that he/she has paid.
If a customer wishes to cancel an order, Sahuat Bazar will refund the amount after deducting 20% Administration Cost, from the total amount of the order

 

VALUE BACK:
Only genuine and verifiable claims will be accepted for value back. At any point we reserve the right to put value back on hold pending any investigation, this may be the case where unusual account activity is detected and a verification is required in order to deem the transactions as genuine with supporting documents/receipts.
