What is your return policy?
We gladly accept returns within 7 days from receipt of merchandise. All refunds will be for the paid price less shipping & handling charges. Your refund will be processed when the item(s) being returned and have been received. In order for you to receive full credit, the items(s) must be unused, undamaged, in their original packing and returned within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will be made by crediting the original credit card account number used for the purchase. Please send the merchandise to the following address:

What are your postage and delivery charges?
We have following three standard criterias for postage & delivery charges:

Postage & Delivery To Pakistan: £3.5
Postage & Delivery To UK: £5
Postage & Delivery To Rest Of The World: £7

However, for the delivery of heavy items to Pakistan, we may charge extra, depending upon the weight of an item.


How do I change or cancel the order?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do, We have a wide range of Women Clothing & Islamic Dvds which we ship accross the world. We also offer gifts delivery to UK, USA & CANADA

 

Are there any cancelation charges?
If a customer wishes to cancel an order, Sahuat Bazar will refund the amount after deducting 20% Administration Cost, from the total amount of the order.

If you think that the products delivered were not up to the promised standards we have set for ourselves, please contact our customer service at [email protected] with your order number within 48 hours of the delivery of your order. You would be provided with return/replacement instructions depending upon the nature of order. Each complaint would be assessed on a case to case basis.

Cakes are picked from reputable bakeries and Five Star Hotels such as Pearl Continental, Marriot, Sheraton (where applicable) and our mithai is always selected from renowned mithai vendors such as Sohni sweets, Qasr-e-Shireen, Rehmat-e-Shireen and Nirala sweets. Flowers are from our own preferred premium flower shops.

 

National & International Brand Names:
Gifts with international brand names (in case of clothes, chocolates & perfumes) are guaranteed to be original imported stuff. National brand name items are purchased from national distributors in Pakistan. Gifts such as leather products, toys, desi-clothing etc are selected from suppliers of national repute.

 

What are my options for days of delivery and shipment time?
Sahulatbazar.com ships to over 150 cities in Pakistan. We use our own couriers or partner courier services for standard shipments within Pakistan.

What is Value Back?
Value Back is a reward scheme from Sahulat Bazar. Every time you order, you get Value Back, which you can utilize on purchase of Diamond & Silver Jewelry.



How do I get Value Back?
You get Value Back on every order you place at Sahulat Bazar. If you are a registered customer, the Value Back will be automatically credited to your account.


If you cancel or return an order to us, we reserve the right to cancel the Value Back awarded to that order.

 

How do I redeem my Value Back?
If you have Value Back in your account then you can claim them during the checkout process. 

You can redeem Value Back only at Sahulat Bazar on Diamond & Silver Jewelry. You cannot exchange it for cash or other item. Value Back is not transferable.

 


How can I check my Value Back balance?
You can check your Value Back balance at any time by logging into your account. The total of your value back will be displayed on My Account page.

 


Do I have to register to claim Value Back?
In order to get Value Back you do need to be a registered customer.
We do offer a 'Guest Checkout' function for customers who wish to place an order without registering, but you will not receive any Value Back for orders placed this way.

 


Do I receive Value Back if I place my order over the Phone?
Yes, Value Back is awarded for orders placed over the phone as well as online orders.
