Important Note:
- No date specific orders, allow at least 10 days for delivery from the time of order We purchase products form Authorized retailers in the delivery city or nearby major city only. At the time of delivery product will be tested in front of receiver and receiver's assurance in regards to working condition will be accepted.
- All items sourced through branded manufacturers such as Samsung, Sony, PEL, LG, Philips etc will accompany warranty & guarantee, a card to the same effect will be issued to receiver and given at the time of delivery. You are kindly requested to ask receiver to ensure that he/she receives warranty card at time of delivery and checks items before signing the receipt for delivery.
- SahulatBazar or its delivery partners are not liable for any claims/warranties/manufacturer's fault after delivery is made, only the manufacturer or authorized agent can be contacted for service and repair under warranty.
- At the time of delivery receiver's original NIC will be seen and a copy will be made for our delivery records.
In case of chargeback to your card due to fraudulent activity, reciever's and senders information will be passed to authorities both in Pakistan and UK.
- SahulatBazar reserves the right to recoup the items delivered and any expenses along with damages within given legal platform, from the receiver of the gift if the sender files for undue chargeback or fraud claim.
